In Lieu of Champagne on the Side of the Ship

If there is one thing winemaking tries to teach me, it is patience. I began this project in 2014 with the help and encouragement of friends (Max Marriott, Jayson Cooper, Tracy Kendall, Mike Wolfenden, Mom & Dad among many others). Only now, more than two years later, can I finally begin to share it. I value this lesson in our world of immediacy. Waiting has made this moment sweeter. Let's embark.
