An exciting new exploration of aroma and flavor, this sweet, red vermouth has 2020 Björnson Gamay as its base, infused with fifteen different botanicals, fortified with Pinot Noir brandy, and sweetened with honey from my bees. It is a delectable after dinner treat, a cozy armchair kind of wine, and can be enjoyed on its own or over ice with a slice of citrus. A little dash of yuzu juice brings out all the scents of evergreen forest.
