Lore Gamay is lunar energy - capricious, mercurial, alive, and full of intrigue. It comes from the 2020 vintage with a core of earthy, rich fruit over which drifts airy whiffs of campfire. 100% whole cluster Gamay, fermented with native yeast and pressed after 21 days. Treated with the utmost gentleness and moved only by gravity. Pairs well with roasted meats and vegetables, BBQ chips, campfire tales, and late night creative projects. Serve 45°-55°F.
