Vineyard Notes: A field blend of Pinot noir clones and aromatic white varieties from J.W. Myers Vineyard in the coast hills outside of Carlton, OR
Production Notes: 60% gently hand-destemmed into open-top puncheons. Native yeast fermentation. Lightly basket pressed into a single 350L neutral oak barrel for a twelve month élevage.
Label Series: Named "Ninth Path" after a mention in a letter by Hunter S. Thompson, the label drawing tells the story of Joey Myers' farming philosophy in which water is at the center, but effort, site, and biological intelligence must all work in harmony.
Profile: Aromatic white varieties lend intriguing floral notes to this otherwise rich, textured Pinot-heavy field blend.
