100% Bjornson Vineyard Gamay planted in southwest sloping Nekia soils. 60% gently hand-destemmed with the remainder whole cluster for textural balance. Sealed in barriques for a two-week carbonic maceration followed by an open-top, native yeast fermentation. Lightly pressed into neutral oak for an eight month élevage. Unfined and unfiltered.
